Certified electromagnetic field (EMF) specialist Cory Hillis joined Dr. Lee Merritt on the “Merritt Medical Hour” to discuss the dangers of EMF on the human body.
“Most people don’t realize the biggest problem that you have in your house is not even something from your house,” Hillis told the former military surgeon on the Oct. 5 edition of her Brighteon.TV program.
Hillis cited a June 2013 study by Dr. Martin Pall, which explained that EMFs act due to the activation of voltage-gated calcium channels. These activated channels then trigger helpful or harmful effects in the human body.
The EMF specialist further scrutinized the science behind the study, and discovered that EMFs themselves cause calcium channel problems that snowball into bigger health issues after exposure.
According to the Hillis, it took people decades to realize that X-rays and low-frequency radiations from microwaves and cell phones can be dangerous to humans. However, when it comes to how EMFs are hurting people, biologists found that they directly damage DNA. (Related: Cordless phones and EMF: How to protect yourself from harmful electromagnetic fields.)
When EMFs are absorbed into solid material, it changes into a different form of energy that causes subatomic chaos. The more solid something is, the more it becomes conductive like pieces of dominoes falling.
“When we’re exposed to this absorbed radiation effect, that’s what we’re reacting to,” Hillis said.
Citing Pall’s research, Hillis said the EMF that flows all day around us is not what is affecting us – it is the EMFs that get absorbed into us.
“Everything around you, this chair you’re sitting in, in the bed you sleep in and so on, that causes this reaction in our voltage-gated calcium channels. They are getting a message and mistaking it for something else.”
He added that calcium channels in the body – which were not supposed to be open – change the ion charges in human cells. This is not a good thing because all the cells are charged a certain way and in different ways to best perform their functions.
“When your charge is messed up, that creates problems,” Hillis said. Nitric oxide imbalances, free radical damage and DNA damage all snowball and can lead to symptoms such as chronic fatigue and insufficient sleep, among other things.
Many scientists say that low melatonin production gives serious imbalances to the immune system, and this damage to calcium channels can be linked to that.
Hillis pointed out that many people rely on medicines, especially calcium channel blockers, to address health issues. But the problem is those genetic manipulators can control ion channels to change nerve function.
In the June 2013 study, Pall talked about brain fog and cardiovascular issues that many people face. The reasons for these issues are the huge amounts of calcium channels in the heart.
“The reason is that your heart cells have a very high amount of calcium channels in them. Because your heart is functioning, it’s doing the work by exchanging calcium in and out of the cell all the time. That’s how it’s doing the work. So when you’re screwing up the process of how it’s doing its work, that can’t be good,” Hillis explained.
He previously shared that people used to think that only ionizing radiation could cause single or double-strand breaks in DNA within cells, but this is not the case. EMFs can trigger the same results despite not causing the damage directly.
Dangers come from microwave ovens, Wi-Fi, mobile phones, Bluetooth, baby monitors, smart meters, gaming consoles and even overhead power cables and electrical devices. Thus, it is important to make informed lifestyle choices about the use of EMF devices across the board.
